Short BIO
I graduated in 2021 with a Master's Degree from the Engineering school Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France). After the last year with a major in bioinformatics and computer sciences for life sciences and healthcare, I had the opportunity to do an internship at the LAGE (Laboratoire d'Analyse Génomique des Eucaryotes) - Genoscope (Evry, France) which triggered my curiosity and interest for marine ecology. I am glad to pursue a PhD at the LAGE - Genoscope as a part of the AtlantECO project.
Role in AtlantECO
Modelling the geographical distribution of plankton at the genome scale taking into account physical and oceanographic dynamics such as currents and climate.

Quantifying genomics approaches to assess distribution and composition of planktonic communities, using numerical ecology and biostatistics methods.
